Sir Joseph Bellywise is a character that can be found in all destinations.
He usually requests the player to catch 3 fish of a specific species or 50 kg of any fish. In order to maximize coins earned, it is recommended to give him the largest fish possible for the 3 fish quest. The 50 kg quest does not appear to be profitable as he rewards the same amount of coins as would have been earned from selling the fish in the shop, however it may be worth doing to save on transport costs.
