Pacific Footballfish is a fish that can be found on Paradise Island. This fish can be found in the deeper waters of the open ocean, that is, towards the corners of the map.
Some local NPCs may occasionally provide the following location hint after completing their quest:
"Pacific Footballfish loves the darkness. Try your luck in night fishing in the northeastern waters of the island."
