- During one of his quests, Dr. Jules mentions that he had met Juana the day before and asks the player to bring him a coconut so that he has an excuse to talk to Juana again.
- Some coconuts supplied by Juana likely end up in Paradise Island as Pinacolada drinks, and get served to visiting tourists.
